Bookings and Availability

Please use the CONTACT US page to provide us with your details and any requests. Families travelling with young children, if you require a cot we will do our best to arrange and hirer one, on your behalf at an additional cost. Please request at time of booking .  

PLEASE DO NOT book any flights until we have confirmed availability for the apartment for the dates you require. 


PAYMENT can be made by  Postal Order, Credit or Debit Card via Paypal. Please contact us for more information.

Note: a handling charge will be added to Paypal payments.

BOOKING FORM completed and signed with a deposit of 50 per weekly rental is required to secure any booking; we will then confirm your holiday. The final balance is strictly eight weeks prior to the first day of let. However if the booking is less than eight weeks to the departure date, full payment is required with the booking form. 


Should you cancel your booking, or the booking is cancelled by us due to non payment of the balance, then we shall be entitled to retain the full deposit.  A breakage deposit of 100  will be required at the time of full payment to cover any repairs, extra cleaning, loss of keys or other cost resulting from your stay. Returned  to you within fourteen days at the end of the holiday, and only after the apartment has been checked.  

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND that all clients take out appropriate travel insurance, which includes cover for cancellation and delay, luggage and medical costs.The owner will not accept responsibility whatsoever for personal accident or injury. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to re-claim your deposit.The party leader should ensure that all party members have sufficient travel insurance cover.

If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change any details of the holiday, please inform us as soon as possible and we will make all reasonable efforts to do so.

For insurance conditions all windows and external doors and security shutters must be closed when you go out. Turn off all fans and air con. 

In the highly unlikely event that you experience a problem with the accommodation, any repairs, breakages etc our agent must be contacted as soon as possible. We will provide you with a 24hr assistant contact number. The complex has night security and assistance if required.

Our private property rental is based on trust from both parties. Please respect our apartment as you would your own.

Please note there is NO SMOKING inside the apartment and would ask everybody to respect that.

Please check the accommodation thoroughly prior to your departure as we take no responsibility for belongings left behind.
